CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

5. The Operator has the right to provide personal data specified in paragraph 4 to operators of electronic messaging services for the purpose of sending notifications, informational and advertising mailings related to the Operator’s activities;
6. The term for which consent is granted: 3 years from the date of granting consent;
7. The rights of the personal data subject, the mechanism for their implementation and the consequences of refusing to give consent are indicated below.

1. You have the right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data, containing: - the name and location of the Operator, - confirmation of the fact that personal data is processed by the Operator (authorized person), - your personal data and the source of their receipt, - the legal grounds and purposes for processing your personal data, - the term for which consent to the processing of personal data is given, - the name and location of the authorised person to whom the Operator transfers your personal data for processing;
2. You have the right to receive information from the Operator about the provision of your personal data to authorised persons once a calendar year free of charge;
3. You have the right to require the Operator to amend your personal data if they are incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
4. You have the right to demand that the Operator stop processing your personal data free of charge, including deleting it, if there are no grounds for processing the personal data;
5. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. This will not affect the processing of personal data based on your consent until the withdrawal of your consent and on other legal grounds. To withdraw your consent to send notifications, informational and advertising mailings related to the Operator's activities, you must remove the corresponding marker/check mark in the player’s Personal Account;
6. If you believe that our processing of personal data violates applicable personal data protection laws, you can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection.

The request must contain: last name, first name, patronymic (if any), address of residence (place of stay), date of birth, gaming account number, essence of the request, personal signature or electronic digital signature.
