Visitors to a virtual gambling establishment are prohibited from:
- taking part in an online betting, an online totalizator game, if these visitors to the virtual gambling establishment have or may have an impact on the outcome of the event of this game (impact on the random outcome of the game);
- use software and (or) technical devices that influence the random outcome of the game or allow foreseeing it when conducting gambling;
- use software or other means to obtain unauthorized access to the information of the organizer of gambling, carrying out activities on the maintenance of a virtual gambling establishment, in order to destroy, block, modify, copy, as well as commit other illegal actions in relation to this information;
- provide another visitor of a virtual gambling establishment or a participant in a gambling game with funds (electronic money) or their equivalent (chips, tokens, etc.) to participate in a gambling game;
- provide another visitor of a virtual gambling establishment or a participant in a game with funds (electronic money) or their equivalent (chips, tokens, etc.) to participate in a gambling game.
A visitor to a virtual gambling establishment is obliged to:
- provide data, including personal data, and a copy of an identity document, in electronic form, allowing to identify a visitor of a virtual gambling establishment, to check information about him for the presence of such a visitor in the list and registration by a gambling organizer carrying out activities on the content of a virtual gambling establishment institutions;
- comply with the legal requirements of the organizer of gambling, carrying out activities for the maintenance of a virtual gambling establishment.
