1.                General Gambling Regulations, Gambling Terms and Definitions

These rules for organising and conducting gambling using a remote gambling establishment owned by Zolotoy Faraon LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) establish the conditions and procedure for accepting bets (betting), calculating bets, paying out winnings, the rights and obligations of the players of the remote gambling establishment, the circumstances which enable the refund and cancellation of bets, subject to the occurrence thereof, restrictions, resolution of disputes, and other issues related to the operation of the gambling establishment (hereinafter referred to as the Establishment, establishment) owned by Zolotoy Faraon LLC, UNP (Payer's Identification Number) 491327524 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator, Gambling Operator).

These Rules are developed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Regulations concerning Gambling Activities approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 9 of 10.01.2005 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations No. 9), Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 305 of 07.08.2018 concerning the Improvement of the Statutory Regulation of the Gambling Business, Regulations concerning the Procedure for Gambling Activities in Terms of the Operation of a Remote Gambling Establishment approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 139 of 01.03.2019 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations No. 139), Regulations concerning the Requirements for Remote Gambling Establishments and the Procedure for Conducting Examinations of Remote Gambling Establishments for Compliance Therewith approved by the Decree No. 139, and Instructions for the Procedure for the Preparation of the Rules for Organising and/or Conducting Gambling approved by the Decree of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus No. 9 of 31.01.2019.

These Rules shall come into effect on the next calendar day after the day they are agreed with the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus.

The Rules shall be posted on the home page of the Operator's website at: brazino777.by (hereinafter referred to as the Website, website).

Bets are accepted in the Operator's remote gambling establishment located at: brazino777.by.

Zolotoy Faraon LLC enables gambling and accepts bets on sports events and other events taking place in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, except for those events on which, according to the applicable Belarusian legislation, the Operator cannot accept bets;

1.1.         For the purposes of these Rules, the terms and definitions are used herein in the meanings as defined in the Regulations No. 9, Regulations No. 139, and Regulations concerning the Requirements for Remote Gambling Establishments and the Procedure for Conducting Examinations of Remote Gambling Establishments for Compliance Therewith approved by the Decree No. 139, as well as the following terms and their definitions:

Gambling means a risk-based winning agreement which gamblers enter into between themselves or which a gambler(s) enters (enter) into with the gambling operator;

Gambler Authentication means confirmation of the accuracy of information about a gambler received when identifying them;

Bonus means cash (e-money) provided by the gambling operator to a gambler by crediting them to a gambling account, provided that the gambler complies with the statutory conditions and the rules for organising and conducting gambling;

Online Betting Game means a gambling game conducted through a remote gambling establishment, in which the gambler, using the global computer network Internet, bets on the outcome of an event (makes a bet with the gambling operator), including an event that takes place on the global computer network Internet, and the amount of winnings is determined before the start of this game and depends from partial or complete coincidence of the forecast with the documented facts or events that have occurred;

Wager means clearing a bonus;

Remote Gambling Establishment (hereinafter referred to as the Establishment, establishment) means an information system that consists of a website enabling to organise and/or conduct gambling and take part in gambling using the global computer network Internet, and software and hardware that ensure the collection, processing, storage, transfer, and protection of information, audiovisual images and other results, the performance of calculations related to the organisation and/or conduct of gambling using the global computer network Internet;

Winning means cash, e-money, or other property subject to payment (transfer, remittance) to the gambler upon the occurrence of the result provided for by the rules;

Demo Gambling means a gambling prototype that enables a visitor to the establishment to get acquainted with a gambling game organised and/or conducted by the establishment, with no opportunity to place bets in a gambling game and/or receive bonuses and winnings (refunded untriggered bets);

Deposit means replenishment of the gaming account by a visitor to the remote gambling establishment with cash;

Gambling Business means activities aimed at entering into risk-based winning agreements with gamblers and/or organising entering into such agreements between several gamblers;

Proof of Payment means a document issued by the operator by means of a special computer cashier system that provides control over the gambling turnovers (hereinafter referred to as the SCCS);

Card Game means a gambling game in which gamblers determine the winning and the amount thereof, including in live mode, based on card hands;

Dice Game means a gambling game in which gamblers and, when conducting a live gambling game, the employees of the operator, which operates a remote gambling establishment, determine winnings and the amount thereof by rolling the dice.

Gaming Session means a session of visiting the establishment, which consists of actions performed by a gambler during a period of time starting from the moment the gambler enters the website using their login and password, and ending at the moment the gambler leaves the website, regardless of the reasons;

Gambling Account means a record which a visitor to the remote gambling establishment registers to participate in gambling games and to dispose cash (e-money) previously transferred to the gambling operator;

Outcome means the result of the event on which the bet is made;

Electronic Copy of the Identity Document means an electronic copy of the identity document made by scanning or photographing it or otherwise, which enables to fully reproduce the information and data of the pages thereof in electronic digital form, and personal data necessary to obtain such information from identification systems;

Odd means a number used to calculate winnings, which the operator sets on the result (possible outcomes) of the upcoming event;

Live Mode means a method of organising a gambling game conducted through an establishment with the use of gambling tables and/or gaming machines, in which a gambler(s) interacts (interact) with each other and/or the gambling operator by using the technical solutions of the establishment.

Line (hereinafter referred to as the line, market) means a list of events which the operator offers to the player to bet;

Gambler's (Player's) Personal Area means a separate section of the establishment's website, access to which an individual is provided after they register as a player in the establishment;

Maximum Payout means a limit that constitutes the maximum possible payout for a certain outcome of an event at a specific gaming table;

Maximum Bet means a limit that determines the maximum possible bet on a certain outcome of an event at a specific gaming table;

Minimum Bet means the minimum amount of value or game chips required to start or continue the game;

Gambling Operator (hereinafter referred to as the Operator, operator) means a legal entity of the Republic of Belarus that carries out gambling activities;

Proposition Bet means a gambling game, the outcome of which depends on the outcome of an event, regarding which it is not known whether it will occur or not;

Visitors to the Remote Gambling Establishment (hereinafter referred to as visitors to the establishment) mean individuals who provide Zolotoy Faraon LLC with registration data, including personal data, and electronic copies of identity documents, which allow identifying these individuals, and who are admitted by Zolotoy Faraon LLC to enter into a risk-based winning agreement;

Bet means cash (e-money) which is transferred by a gambler to the gambling operator or another player and which is a condition for gambling in accordance with the rules;

Technical Error means an error made by an employee of the establishment and/or a software failure in the operation of the establishment, as a result of which the following may occur, but not necessarily occurs:

– crediting winnings to the gaming account of the visitor to the establishment without an event or a bet;

– technical loss of a fractional separator with the appearance of two- or three-digit numbers in the odd, handicap, or total;

– violation of the mathematical balance on the outcomes of the event, i.e. the odds differ from the market ones;

– occurrence of a positive handicap instead of a deliberately negative one;

– occurrence of higher odds instead of lower odds on the favourite compared to the odds on the outsider;

Conditions for Accepting Bets mean a set of odds, handicaps, minimum bet, maximum bet, and circumstances determined by the gambling operator, upon the occurrence of which the bet is calculated;

Gambler (hereinafter referred to as the gambler, Player, player) means an individual who participates in a gambling game and enters into a risk-based winning agreement with the operator or another gambler;

Favourite means one of the most likely winners in the event;

Handicap means a number set by the operator to equalise the probability of outcomes of the upcoming event;

Cylindrical Game (hereinafter referred to as the roulette) means a gambling game in which its gamblers win depending on a predetermined proportion of the total amount of bets and winnings, including in live mode, by determining combinations of numbers, symbols, and other signs using a rotating device;

Gambler's (Player's) Actions E-Log means a set of information about the actions performed by each of the players registered in the establishment during their gaming sessions and displayed in the player's personal area in accordance with the Regulations No. 139, as well as the IP addresses of the devices from which players participate in a gambling game.

1.2.         Types of gambling:

– online betting games;

– live cylindrical games (roulette);

– live card games;

– live dice games;

1.3.         These Rules are prepared in Russian. Translation of the Rules into Belarusian, if available, shall be binding the same as the Rules in Russian. The Rules have been translated into foreign languages for informational purposes only, and this translation is not binding.

2.                Rights and Obligations of the Operator, Visitors to the Establishment, and Gamblers

2.1.         The Operator may not:

2.1.1.provide the visitor to the establishment or the player with cash (e-money) to gamble if the visitor to the establishment or the gambler does not have the necessary amount of cash (e-money).

2.1.2.admit individuals who are included in the list of individuals limited in visiting gambling establishments, remote gambling establishments, and gambling (hereinafter referred to as the List) or who are under 21 years of age to the establishment.

2.1.3.allowing individuals, information about whom is included in the list or who have not reached the age of 21, to participate in gambling games.

2.1.          Visitors to the establishment may not:

-                    use software and/or technical devices to influence or predict the random result of the game when gambling;

-                    use software or other means to obtain unauthorised access to the information of the Operator, which operates the establishment, for the purpose of its destruction, blocking, modification, copying, and committing other illegal actions in respect of this information;

-                    provide another visitor to the establishment or player with cash (e-money) or its equivalent (chips, tokens, and other) to gamble;

-                    transfer (disclose) information about their logins and passwords for access to the establishment to other visitors of the establishment or players;

-                    register more than one gaming account;

-                    provide incorrect personal data for registering a gaming account (given name, patronymic (if any), surname, date of birth, address, and phone number);

-                    replenish the gambling account at the expense of third parties' means of settlement;

-                    gamble if the player influences or can influence the outcome of the event of this game (influence on the random outcome of the game).

2.2.         The visitor to the establishment shall have the right to:

-                    receive winnings in accordance with the Rules and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus;

-                    read the Rules in one of the state languages of the Republic of Belarus and any foreign language at the discretion of the gambling operator.

2.3.         The visitor to the establishment shall:

-                    read and comply with the Rules applied by Zolotoy Faraon LLC;

-                    provide data, including personal data, and a copy of the identity document, as well as other documents in electronic form, allowing to identify the visitor to the establishment, to check the information about them for the presence of such a visitor in the list and registration by the Operator that carries out the activities on the maintenance of the establishment;

-                    meet the legitimate demands of the Operator;

-                    use only their own cash to replenish the gaming account, the ownership of which can be confirmed.

2.4.         The Operator operating the Establishment shall have the right to:

– refuse the visitor to the establishment to participate in a gambling game, if the visitor to the establishment has previously:

used software and/or technical devices during gambling that affect the random outcome of the game or that enable the visitor to the establishment to foresee the outcome of the game, and this fact has been documented and confirmed;

used software or other means to obtain unauthorised access to the Operator's information in order to destroy, block, modify, or copy this information, and to commit other illegal actions in relation to this information, and this fact has been documented and confirmed;

provided another visitor to the establishment or player with cash (e-money) or its equivalent (chips, tokens, etc.) to participate in gambling, and this fact has been documented and confirmed;

participated in gambling and influenced the outcome of the event of this gambling (influence on the random outcome of the game), and this fact has been documented and confirmed.

-                    regulate the amount of the maximum bet on any of the events, and stop (suspend) the acceptance of bets on this or that event at any time;

-                    when performing identification, request additional data and copies of e-documents (a photograph showing a visitor holding their identity document in their hands, in various versions);

-                    not to accept repeated bets on one event, one outcome or a combination of outcomes from one player;

-                    change the parameters of the Line at any time using the software, except for technical errors;

-                    if the Operator has suspicions about the authenticity of the identity of the visitor to the Establishment, demand:

to pass the WebID procedure; and/or

to provide the Operator with a photograph of the player's identity document. The photograph shall depict the player's identity document, next to which there shall be a piece of paper indicating the current date of sending this photograph to the Operator and the addressee.

If a player submits to the Operator a photograph that does not allow for identification of the person (low resolution, damaged files, and other factors that do not allow proper identification of the person), the Operator shall have the right to re-request the player for the data provided for in this paragraph for identification purposes.

The player's gaming account will be blocked for the duration of the player's identification;

-                    check the result of the event and the outcome in terms of the absence of technical errors;

-                    calculate all bets accepted at the time of technical errors when operating gambling (accepting bets, paying out winnings, transferring winnings (refunding untriggered bets), etc.) at 1.00 odd, regardless of the result of the event;

2.5.         When operating the remote gambling establishment, the gambling operator shall ensure:

-                    the organisation and/or conduct of gambling through the establishment connected to the SCCS;

-                    when registering a gaming account and/or when accepting a bet, that the information about the individual is checked using the SCCS for the inclusion of this individual into the List;

-                    the storage of an e-copy of the identity document of the visitor to the establishment, the data, including personal data, provided by the visitor to the establishment, the gambler's actions log, and the IP address of the device used by the player to gamble, for at least five (5) years from the date of the gambling;

-                    the use of information networks, systems and resources, and hierarchical names of the national segment of the Internet, except for the case established in Clause 8 Part 3 of the Regulations No. 9;

-                    the use of technical means that record gambling (with the exception of online betting games, provided that the result of the event on which the bet is made depends on the partial or complete coincidence of the forecast with the facts that occurred and were documented);

-                    the recording of live gambling which are conducted using high-resolution video surveillance systems with a recording speed of at least five (5) frames per second;

-                    the storage of the records of live gambling for at least thirty (30) days from the date of these gambling (except for online betting games, provided that the result of the event, on which bets are made depends on the partial or complete coincidence of the forecast with the facts that occurred and were documented);

-                    the transfer of information about accepted bets and paid (transferred) winnings (refunded untriggered bets) by each type of gambling conducted at the establishment, in electronic form to the SCCS;

-                    the registration via SCCS of receipt of funds (e-money) transferred in non-cash form for making organisation and/or conduct of gambling games available for others by using technical solutions of the Establishment within three banking days after receipt of such funds (e-money);

-                    the identification of an individual when registering as a player;

-                    the registration of the player's actions and the IP address of the device used by the player to gamble in the actions e-log;

-                    the organisation and/or conduct of gambling through the website, the address of which is indicated in the Unified Register of Licences;

-                    that the website contains information on gambling access restriction for those who are under the age of 21 and those who are restricted in visiting remote gambling establishments and/or participation in gambling;

-                    the use of technical solutions that do not allow visitors to the establishment or players to provide another visitor to the establishment or player with money or their equivalent to gamble.

3.                Purpose of Gambling, Types of Bets in Online Betting Games

3.1.         The purpose of the online betting game is to bet on the result (outcome) of the event and/or, if the forecast matches the result (if the required result is obtained), to receive a win.

3.2.         Types of Bets on Events

-                    A single bet is a bet placed on the outcome of one event. Winnings on single bets are equal to the product of the bet amount by the odd set for the given outcome of the event;

-                    An accumulator bet is a bet placed on the outcomes of two or more independent events;

Winnings on accumulator bets are equal to the product of the bet amount by the accumulator bet odd. The accumulator bet odd is equal to the product of the odds of the outcomes of all events included in accumulator bets;

Accumulator bets can include any combination of outcomes of unrelated events in any sport;

An accumulator bet shall be deemed won if all the events included in it are correctly predicted without exception. One lost outcome from all outcomes shall mean the loss of the entire bet of this type.

-                    A system bet is a series of accumulator bets in which the bet amount chosen by the player is evenly distributed on each combination.

The winning on a system bet is equal to the sum of the winnings on accumulator bets included in the system bet.

-                    Accumulator bets and system bets cannot include different outcomes of the same match, different bets on the same player within the same tournament (for example, bets on winning the tournament and winning the match), even if they are not directly related.

4.                Procedure for Identifying and Authenticating Visitors to the Establishment and Players. Procedure for Registering a Gaming Account (Login)

4.1.         The Operator identifies visitors to the establishment based on their identity documents. Identification can be performed following the Web-ID procedure (Web-ID is a form of remote identification via video call).

4.2.         Visitors to the establishment are identified to prevent money laundering, the financing of terrorist activities and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and to confirm:

-         the accuracy of the personal data provided;

-         that a visitor to the establishment is of twenty-one (21) years of age or older;

-         that this visitor is not included in the List;

-         the existence (non-existence) of a ban on gambling on the grounds provided for in Clause 25 of the Regulations No. 9.

4.3.         The player is subject to authentication each time they visit the Establishment by entering the player's login and password to access the Establishment.

4.4.         Subsequent identification is performed by entering the login and password to access the Establishment, which are the Operator records when registering an individual as a player.

4.5.         A prerequisite is the provision of a photograph which depicts the visitor holding their identity document next to their face. The identity document shall be opened on the page on which the photograph of the document holder is placed.

4.6.         The photograph shall be clear and allow to reliably establish that this specific individual is the holder of this document.

4.7.         When data of identity documents (a new document is obtained) change, the player shall independently notify the Operator thereof within 3 calendar days from the date of the change in the above data (receipt of a new document) by providing the Operator with a scanned copy (photograph) of the new identity document for identification purposes.

4.8.         In order to participate in gambling organised and/or conducted through the Establishment, the visitor to the establishment shall register a gaming account.

4.9.         To register a gaming account, a visitor to the establishment shall indicate their personal data on the website, including their given name, patronymic (if any), surname, details of the identity document (document name, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of issuing authority (if the document was issued by a public authority of the Republic of Belarus), identification number (if any), official name of the foreign state in which the document was issued), and date of birth.

4.10.    The Operator of the establishment shall register gaming accounts with the assignment of a unique identifier after the identification of the visitor, including through the Web-ID procedure.

4.11.    When performing identification, the Operator of the establishment may request additional data and copies of e-documents (a photograph of a visitor with their identity document in their hands in various versions).

4.12.    The player is prohibited from transferring (disclosing) information about their logins and access passwords to the Establishment to other gamblers.

4.13.    Any transactions confirmed by entering the login and password of the owner of the gaming account shall be deemed valid and be held good in law. Their implementation is limited by the discrepancy between the data of the identity document and the personal data provided by the player when registering a gaming account, and the current balance of the gaming account. If a player suspects the loss of this information, the player has the right to make a request to the Operator at any time to change the current password.

4.14.    A player may have only one gaming account. Repeated gaming accounts identified by the Operator are subject to blocking with prior notification of the player who registered them, as prescribed by the Rules.

4.15.    When the Operator blocks repeated gaming accounts, the cash (e-money) from them (including winnings (refunded untriggered bets) on the bets made after their calculation) are subject to refund to the player after they file the relevant application to the Operator as prescribed by the Rules.

4.16.    By registering on the website, the player accepts the receipt of newsletters and email marketing from the Operator. The player can unsubscribe from mailings by contacting support@brazino777.by or by clicking on the appropriate link in the received letter.

5.                Procedure for Accepting Bets, Procedure for Conducting Online Betting Games, and Procedure for Paying out (Transferring) Winnings (Refunding Untriggered Bets)

5.1.         To make a bet, the player shall replenish their gaming account in their personal area with cash (e-money).

5.2.         Cash (e-money) transferred to the Operator shall be recorded in the player's gaming account as the balance of the gaming account.

5.3.         After the gaming account is replenished in the personal area, the balance of the gaming account shall increase by the amount of replenishment.

5.4.         The player can make bets with positive balance on their gaming account. Bets are placed only in Belarusian roubles. A bet shall be deemed accepted after the amount of the bet is debited from the gambler's gambling account.

5.5.         The Operator may accept bets in e-money only if the owner of the e-wallet is identified.

5.6.         It is the Operator who determines the minimum bet for any event. Relevant information shall be posted on the website.

5.7.         The maximum odd for all types of bets, which is used to calculate the winning amount, is 1,000.

5.8.         If the winning odd exceeds the maximum odd, this winning shall be calculated at 1,000 odd.

5.9.         The maximum winning per bet shall be one hundred and fifty thousand Belarusian roubles.

5.10.    If the event:

-                    – does not start at the set time and is postponed for more than 36 hours from the start time indicated in the betting card, all bets on this event shall be calculated at 1.00 odd;

-                    – is abandoned and not completed within 12 hours from the start time indicated in the betting card, all bets on outcomes, the results of which are determined by the time of interruption, shall be calculated according to these results, and bets on outcomes, the results of which are not determined, shall be calculated at 1.00 odd.

Unless otherwise established by the rules for individual sports and gaming competitions,

5.11.     the Operator shall take into account the results posted on the official websites of the event operators. If the event manager does not have necessary data, it shall be taken from other information sources.

In case of any disputes, namely: if the results posted by different sources and event managers do not match, it is the Operator who shall make the final decision on determining the results for calculating bets, subject to the originally recorded result.

5.12.    The date and time of the event start indicated by the Operator in the Line shall be for informational purposes only.

5.13.    The fact of placing a bet by a player shall confirm that the player has read and understood the Rules. The Operator shall accept bets after the individual data is verified using the SCCS in terms of inclusion of this individual into the List.

5.14.    Visitors to the establishment shall replenish the balance of their personal account only with the use of cash (e-money) which they own directly.

5.15.    When a player places a bet, the balance of this player's gaming account shall be reduced by the amount of the bet placed. When a gambler wins (untriggered bets are refunded), the balance of the gaming account shall increase by the amount of winning (refunded untriggered bets).

5.16.    Information about the bet accepted by the Operator shall be displayed in the player's personal area.

5.17.    The Operator shall transfer winnings (refund untriggered bets) to the player in cash (e-money). In this case, winnings (refunded untriggered bets) shall be posted in the player's gaming account.

5.18.    The player may only withdraw cash (e-money) from their gaming account after using at least seventy (70) percent of the cash (e-money) credited to the gaming account to gamble.

5.19.    Winnings shall be transferred (untriggered bets shall be refunded) to the player by money transfer to the current (settlement) or other bank account from which the player transfers the cash to gamble, except for the case established in Clause 17 Part 2 of the Regulations No. 139.

5.20.    Under the circumstances arising beyond the control of the Operator and/or a gambler (abolishment of the bank, expiration of the bank payment card, etc.), winnings (untriggered bets) can be paid/transferred (refunded) otherwise at the discretion of the Operator and subject to agreement with the gambler.

5.21.    The Operator's decision to pay (transfer) winnings (refund untriggered bets) otherwise shall specify the reason for this decision.

5.22.    If winnings (untriggered bets) cannot be transferred (refunded) to the current or other bank account from which the player transfers the cash to gamble, the Operator shall notify the player by sending an electronic message to the player's personal area.

5.23.    After the player is notified that the winnings (untriggered bets) cannot be transferred (refunded) to the current or other bank account from which the gambler transfers the cash to gamble, the winnings (untriggered bets) shall be paid out/transferred (refunded):

-                    to the player's bank account specified in their application, as and within the time limits provided for in Clause 17 Parts 6–9 of the Regulations No. 139;

-                    to the player's e-wallet as and within the time limits provided for in Clause 18 Part 1, Parts 7–11 of the Regulations No. 139.

5.24.    Winnings (untriggered bets) shall be transferred (refunded) to the player in non-cash form no later than the banking day following the day the player applies to the Operator to transfer the winnings (refund untriggered bets), except for cases when such transfer of the winnings (refund of untriggered bets) is suspended, not performed, or blocked.

5.25.    The player's application shall state the following:

-                    name of the Operator;

-                    given name, patronymic (if any), and surname of the player;

-                    details of the identity document of the player (document name, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of issuing authority (if the document was issued by a public authority of the Republic of Belarus), identification number (if any), official name of the foreign state in which the document was issued);

-                     amount of winning (cancelled bets);

-                    application date;

-                    bank account number (if necessary);

-                    other information necessary to transfer winnings (refund untriggered bets) via bank transfer;

-                    the player may send their application electronically through the player's personal area.

If necessary, the Operator shall have the right to demand from the player to send an application for transfer of winnings (refund of untriggered bets) along with a copy of the identity document in electronic form.

5.26.    If a player's application declares the transfer of the winning (refund of untriggered bets) in a foreign language, the translation of the information specified in Clause 17 Part 7 of the Regulations No. 139 into one of the official languages of the Republic of Belarus shall be provided by the Operator.

5.27.    The Operator shall accept bets and transfer winnings (refund untriggered bets) in e-money in accordance with the Rules for Conducting Operations with E-Money approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus No. 350 of 16.09.2022.

5.28.    Winnings (untriggered bets) shall be transferred (refunded) to the player in e-money form to the e-wallet from which e-money is transferred, except for the case specified in Clause 18 Part 3 of the Regulations No. 139.

5.29.    If there are circumstances that have arisen due to reasons beyond the control of the Operator and/or the player (liquidation of the issuing bank, failure of the software and hardware device containing e-money and/or providing access to e-money, etc.), winnings (untriggered bets) can be transferred (refunded) otherwise at the discretion of the Operator and subject to agreement with the player.

5.30.    If winnings (untriggered bets) cannot be transferred (refunded) to the e-wallet from which the player transfers the cash to gamble, the Operator shall notify the player by sending an e-mail to the player's personal area.

5.31.    After the player is notified of the impossibility of transferring the winnings (refunding untriggered bets) to the e-wallet from which the player transfers e-money to gamble, the winnings (untriggered bets) shall be paid out/transferred (refunded) to:

-                    the current (settlement) or another bank account of the player as and within the time provided for in Clause 17 Parts 6–9 of the Regulations No. 139;

-                    to another player's e-wallet as and within the time limits provided for in Clause 18 Part 1, Parts 7–11 of the Regulations No. 139.

5.32.    Winnings (untriggered bets) shall be transferred (refunded) to the player in e-money no later than the banking day following the day the player applies to the Operator to transfer the winnings (refund untriggered bets), except for cases when such transfer of the winnings (refund of untriggered bets) is suspended, not performed, or blocked.

5.33.    Winnings are transferred (untriggered bets are refunded) to the player in e-money subject to the identification of the owner of the e-wallet and after the player has applied to the Operator for the transfer of winnings (refund of untriggered bets).

5.34.    The player's application shall state the following:

-                    name of the Operator;

-                    given name, patronymic (if any), and surname of the player;

-                    details of the identity document of the player (document name, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of issuing authority (if the document was issued by a public authority of the Republic of Belarus), identification number (if any), official name of the foreign state in which the document was issued);

-                     amount of winning (cancelled bets);

-                    application date;

-                    bank account number (if necessary);

-                    data on the e-wallet necessary for the transfer of winnings (refund of untriggered bets);

-                    other information necessary to transfer winnings (refund untriggered bets) via bank transfer;

-                    the player may send their application electronically through the player's personal area.

If necessary, the Operator shall have the right to demand from the player to send an application for transfer of winnings (refund of untriggered bets) along with a copy of the identity document in electronic form.

5.35.    If a player's application declares the transfer of the winning (refund of untriggered bets) in a foreign language, the translation of the information specified in Clause 18 Part 9 of the Regulations No. 139 into one of the official languages of the Republic of Belarus shall be provided by the Operator.

5.36.    The methods of replenishment and transfer of cash (e-money) are listed on the Operator's website.

6.                Limitation of Liability. Procedure for Dispute Resolution

6.1.         The Operator shall not be liable for the failure of visitors to the establishment, who are bank card holders, to comply with the legislation of third countries. Visiting the establishment, providing services to visitors to the establishment who are bank card holders may be illegal in the territory of the country where the visitors to the establishment are located.

6.2.         Visitors to the establishment, who are bank card holders, shall be solely responsible for non-compliance with the laws of the country when visiting the Operator's establishment, if such is prohibited by the legislation of the country where visitors are located.

6.3.         The Operator shall not be liable and shall not accept any claims for inaccuracy of the Russian spelling of the names of the participants in the events, the names of the teams, the names of the cities where the events will take place, on the outcome of which the bet is made.

6.4.         The relations between the parties in all aspects shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus.

6.5.         The Parties shall seek to resolve all disputes and disagreements in an amicable manner.

6.6.         The Operator shall not disclose the details of the player's gaming account and shall not be held liable for the consequences of the player's transfer of their personal data and password to the gaming account to third parties.

6.7.         Within ten (10) calendar days from the date of summing up the results at the relevant odd, the player shall have the right to apply to the Operator in writing to resolve disputes.

6.8.         The player shall send the application on paper to the following address: to Zolotoy Faraon LLC: PO Box 192, 220114, Minsk.  

6.9.         The application is subject to consideration within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of its receipt by the Operator.

6.10.    If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the player may apply to the court in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Communication failures or other technical failures in the equipment used to accept bets shall not be deemed a reason for cancelling bets if they are registered and confirmed.

6.11.    The Operator shall have the right to conduct an examination (study) if it suspects that a gambler is using:

-                    software and/or technical devices that affect or allow foreseeing the random outcome of the game;

-                    software or other means to obtain unauthorised access to the gambling operator's information, including information contained in the personal area of another gambler, in order to destroy, block, modify, or copy this information, and to commit other illegal actions in relation to this gambling operator's information.

The Operator may conduct an examination (study) in order to establish the facts of the player's use of software and/or technical devices or other means specified in paragraphs two and three of Part 1 of this subclause.

By decision of the gambling operator's head or its deputy, the payment (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets) is suspended for the duration of the examination (study), but no more than thirty (30) working days from the date the player applies for payment (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets).

The gambling operator shall inform the player about the suspension of payment (transfer) of the winnings (refund of untriggered bets) by sending the player an e-notice to the player's personal area, which shall indicates the following:

-                    the name of the Operator (Zolotoy Faraon LLC) and its payer's identification number (UNP of Zolotoy Faraon LLC: 491327524);

-                    the website domain name;

-                    the sequence number of the e-notice of winning (untriggered bet refund) payment (transfer) suspension;

-                    the date of the player's request for payment (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets);

-                    the date of the decision made by the Operator's head or its deputy to suspend the payment (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets);

-                    the grounds that cause the decision-making by the Operator's head or its deputy to suspend the payment (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets);

-                    the period for which the payout (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets) is suspended;

-                    the date of issuing (sending) an e-notice of the suspension of the payment (transfer) of winnings (refund of untriggered bets);

-                    the given name, patronymic (if any), surname of the gambler, the data of the gambler's identity document (document name, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of issuing authority (if the document was issued by a public authority of the Republic of Belarus), the identification number (if any), the official name of the foreign state in which the document was issued).

6.12.    The Operator shall prepare a report on the establishment (non-establishment) of the fact that the player uses software and/or technical devices or other means based on the results of the examination (study), and this report shall contain the following information:

-                    the name of the Operator (Zolotoy Faraon LLC) and its payer's identification number (UNP of Zolotoy Faraon LLC: 491327524);

-                    the website domain name;

-                    the grounds for carrying out an examination (study);

-                    the given name, patronymic (if any), surname of the player in respect of which the examination (study) is carried out, the data of the player's identity document (document name, series (if any), number, date of issue, name of issuing authority (if the document was issued by a public authority of the Republic of Belarus), the identification number (if any), the official name of the foreign state in which the document was issued);

-                    the circumstances that are established during the examination (study) and confirm (disprove) the fact that the player uses software and/or technical devices or other means specified in paragraphs two and three of Part 1 of Clause 19 of the Regulations No. 139;

-                    the decision made by the Operator based on the results of the examination (study) and containing a conclusion regarding the establishment (non-establishment) of the fact that the player uses software and/or technical devices or other means specified in paragraphs two and three of Part 1 of Clause 19 of the Regulations No. 139.

6.13.    If the Operator establishes the fact that the player uses software and/or technical devices or other means specified in paragraphs two and three of Part 1 of Clause 19 of the Regulations No. 139, winnings (untriggered bets) are not subject to payment/transfer (refund). An electronic copy of the relevant report shall be made using the SCCS and shall be sent to the player no later than the day it is prepared.

6.14.    If the Operator does not establish the fact that the player uses software and/or technical devices or other means specified in paragraphs two and three of Part 1 of Clause 19 of the Regulations No. 139, winnings (untriggered bets) are subject to payment/transfer (refund) no later than the banking day following the day of preparing the relevant report, as and when provided in Clauses 17 and 18 of the Regulations No. 139.

6.15.    The player shall understand that participation in gambling is inextricably linked with the assumption of certain risks, and that the player shall be liable for the bets they make, including for financial, moral, and other losses caused to them as a result of participation in gambling.

6.16.    The visitor to the establishment shall be solely liable for compliance with the gambling laws applicable in the country of their current residence. The visitor to the establishment shall understand that if participation in gambling is prohibited or allowed only under certain conditions in the country of their stay, which are not provided for by these Rules, the responsibility for damage resulting from non-compliance with these rules lies solely with them.

7.                Procedure and Conditions for Providing Bonuses

7.1.         The Operator is entitled to award bonuses to gamblers subject to compliance with the prohibition stipulated in paragraph 6 of Clause 17 of the Regulations No. 9.

7.2.         The procedure and conditions for providing bonuses shall be determined by this Chapter, taking into account the requirements provided for by the Regulations No. 139.

7.3.         Bonuses shall be accrued when the player performs the actions provided for by the use of the Operator's website, when replenishing the gaming account, transferring winnings (refunding untriggered bets).

7.4.         Bonuses are provided at the discretion of the Operator. The Operator, at its own discretion, shall determine and set the frequency, validity periods, amounts, multiplicity of the size and terms of wagering, the conditions for writing off bonuses, the percentage of refund, in accordance with these Rules. Relevant information shall be posted on the Operator's website.

7.5.         Bonuses are provided (accrued) and posted in the bonus account in the player's personal area.  Bonus balance is displayed in bonus section in the player's personal area. A player shall enter a numeric code to activate a bonus in bonus section in the player's personal area.

7.6.         The bonus wagering requirements specify the total number of wagers a player shall make before any accrued winnings can be withdrawn from the account. The bonus wagering requirements are specified in the specific terms and conditions for bonuses and will be expressed as an amount, a multiple of the bonus amount or the amount of the bonus plus deposit, and as the amount of the bet. The bonus wagering requirements may be specified in the terms and conditions for the specific bonus stipulated herein and/or on the bonus page of the Operator's website.

7.7.         The Operator has the right to provide a separate list of gambling (gambling games) and (or) a section with gambling (gambling games) on the Operator's website for wagering bonuses. The relevant information is displayed on the Operator's website (on the bonus page).

7.8.         The replenishment of the gaming account by the player (deposit), which is used in the bonus offer, and the bonuses accrued to the player, are written off to the bet(s) in equal proportions. The withdrawal of the replenishment used in the bonus offer, and the withdrawal of the bonus and winnings on these bets are limited until all the conditions of the bonus offer are met or to the moment when the period for using the bonus set by the Operator expires.

7.9.         If the player fails to meet all the conditions of the bonus offer and/or committed a violation of the provisions of these Rules, the bonus accrued to the player for participating in the bonus offer shall be cancelled.

7.10.         To cancel the bonus, the player may contact the support chat and/or by support@brazino777.by.

7.11.    The Operator may extend or early terminate the term for unblocking the bonus(s), and may also change the conditions for unblocking the bonus(s) in accordance with these Rules. The conditions that were in effect in relation to the already unblocked bonuses (already credited to the player's gaming account) shall remain unchanged.

7.12.    In case the Operator reveals circumstances that, in the Operator's opinion, testify to the abuse of rights granted to the user and (or) unfair behaviour of the user in order to accrue bonuses, the Operator may cancel the bonus and (or) prohibit participation in the Operator's bonus offers.

7.13.    The Operator shall not be liable for the unavailability of bonuses to players for technical reasons.

7.14.    If a player performs actions aimed at unblocking a bonus, this means that the player has read and agrees to the conditions for unblocking bonuses established in these Rules.

7.15.    Gamblers shall use the Operator's bonuses to place bets in gambling organised and/or conducted by the Establishment.

7.16.    The Operator may, at its discretion, offer players individual bonuses provided for by these Rules.

7.17.    The conditions for qualification for the birthday bonus:

-                    to unblock this bonus, the player needs to send a copy or photograph of the player's identity document with the clearly visible date of their birth by email to: support@brazino777.by;

-                    the data of the sent document shall match the data specified in the player's personal area and the data of the means of payment used to deposit and withdraw cash;

-                    the bonus will only be given to those players who send a request for the bonus within a certain period (3 days before the birthday and 3 days after it);

-                    the bonus can be accrued to the player no more than one (1) time per calendar year from the date the previous birthday bonus is accrued;

-                    to unblock the bonus, the amount of total cash deposited by the player to the gaming account from the date of the player's registration in the establishment shall be at least five hundred (500) Belarusian roubles;

-                    the wagering requirement for this bonus is x*5. This means that the total amount of the bets made by the player in games shall exceed the amount of the accrued bonus by 5 times;

-                    a live dice game does not count towards wagering the first deposit bonus.

-                    bets on live cylindrical games (roulette), and live card games are counted in the amount of 5% of the wager;

-                    bets on online betting games are counted in the amount of 400% of the wager;

-                    the bonus wagering may only be used in an online betting game in sports betting at minimum 1.35 odd and with four (4) events minimum.

-                    the system bets and simple bets do not count towards wagering this bonus.

7.18.    Bonus for making a deposit, conditions of awarding:

-                    a player who replenished their gaming account within the period established by the Operator will get a bonus in the amount determined by the Operator;

-                    the bonus will only be accrued to the deposit that complies with the conditions of such bonus and within the period of such bonus validity established by the Operator;

-                    by activating the bonus, the player automatically consents with the rules and conditions of such bonus;

-                    the bonus will be accrued subject to availability of funds in the gaming account. In case of withdrawing the deposit from the gaming account before the bonus is accrued, the bonus shall not be accrued;

-                    minimum amount of gaming account replenishment shall be determined by the Operator;

-                    maximum amount of the bonus shall be determined by the Operator;

7.19.    Insurance bonus, conditions of awarding:

-                    the player insures the bet on events determined by the Operator within the bonus validity period established by the Operator;

-                    the bonus is provided to gamblers who have not participated/participated in an online betting game on the Operator's website during the period prescribed by the Operator;

-                    the bonus is accrued in the amount determined by the Operator if the bet on events determined by the Operator lost;

-                    the maximum and minimum bonus amounts are determined by the Operator before its provision on VGE platform;

-                    A single bet or Express, in which there are events calculated at 1 odd are not included in the bonus offer and terminate the participation in the bonus offer.

7.20.    Express bonus, conditions of awarding:

-                    if one or more events in the Express lose(s), and the rest win(s) respectively, the player gets the bonus in the amount determined by the Operator from the amount of lost Express, but not more than the amount of bonus determined by the Operator, within the bonus validity period.

-                    bonus is provided if the player bets on Express predetermined by the Operator, the betting odds are set by the Operator.

-                    the period and amount of bet are determined by the Operator before its provision on VGE platform;

-                    the maximum and minimum bonus amounts are determined by the Operator before its provision on VGE platform;

-                    A single bet or Express, in which there are events calculated at 1 odd are not included in the bonus offer and terminate the participation in the bonus offer.

7.21.    Forecast bonus, conditions of awarding:

-                    the player shall be eligible for bonus if fulfilled all the Operator's conditions:

1)               betted on the events proposed by the Operator;

2)               betted for the amount prescribed by the Operator on the VGE platform;

3)               placed a bet with an odd prescribed by the Operator;

4)               placed a bet within the period prescribed by the Operator;

5)               forecasted the number of events proposed by the Operator in respect of this period of bonus offer;

6)               registered the number of gaming account in the bonus offer;

-                     the forecast comprises of the number of events determined by the Operator. The bonus amount is determined by the Operator and allocated based on the number of the winning forecasts;

-                     the bonus is accrued to the player provided that the terms and conditions of the bonus offer are met;

-                     if more than one player guesses the same number of bets according to the bonus offer, the bonus amount will be distributed among the players equally.

7.22.    Freebet bonus, conditions of awarding:

-                    a player can participate in the bonus offer if the player activates the bonus in the player's personal area within the period established by the Operator;

-                    if the bet wins, the player gets only the winning amount without the amount of bet;

-                    the gaming account of the player shall not be debited with the amounts for bets using Freebet bonus. If the payout amount is less than the amount of bet or calculated with 1 odd, then the bonus payment amount shall be equal to zero;

-                    events, outcomes, sports, types of bets, minimum and maximum odds, minimum bet, to which the bonus applies, as well as maximum winning amount are established by the Operator;

-                    in case of winning bet with bonus, the final winning amount based on the bet, i.e. the winning amount without the amount of bet, will be displayed in bet history.

7.23    Moneyback Profit bonus, conditions of bonus awarding:

-                    a player can participate in the bonus offer if the player activates the bonus in the player's personal area within the period established by the Operator;

-                    Moneyback Profit will be calculated based on the formula as follows: Moneyback = (levels of betting activity – bet payout) the sum of lost bets * %, where the levels of betting activity mean the sum of all bets made during the specific period;

-                    bet payout means the sum of money paid for the winning and lost bets during the specific period, % means the percentage of refund;

-                    if after calculation based on formula there is a below zero result, then the bonus shall be unavailable for such gaming account.

7.24.    Moneyback bonus, conditions of bonus awarding:

-                    a player can participate in the bonus offer if the player activates the bonus in the player's personal area within the period established by the Operator;

-                    Moneyback will be calculated based on the formula as follows: Moneyback = (the sum of deposits to the gaming account – the sum of payouts from the gaming account) * %, where the sum of deposits to the gaming account means the sum of all deposits to the gaming account made during the specific period; the sum of payouts from the gaming account means the sum of all funds paid from the gaming account for the specific period; % means the percentage of refund;

-                    if after calculation based on formula there is a below zero result, then the bonus shall be unavailable for such gaming account.

7.25.    Moneyback from deposit bonus, conditions of bonus awarding:

-                     a player can participate in the bonus offer if the player activates the bonus in the player's personal area within the period established by the Operator.

-                     Moneyback from deposit will be calculated based on the formula as follows: Moneyback = the sum of deposits to the gaming account * %, where the sum of deposits to the gaming account means the sum of all deposits to the gaming account made during the specific period; % means the percentage of refund.

-                     if after calculation based on formula there is a below zero result, then the bonus shall be unavailable for such gaming account.

7.26.    Moneyback from betting activity, conditions of bonus awarding:

-                     a player can participate in the bonus offer if the player activates the bonus in the player's personal area within the period established by the Operator;

-                     Moneyback from betting activity will be calculated based on the formula as follows: Moneyback = levels of betting activity * %, where the levels of betting activity mean the sum of all bets made for the specific period, % means the percentage of refund.

-                     if after calculation based on formula there is a below zero result, then the bonus shall be unavailable for such gaming account.

7.27.    Tournament bonus, conditions of bonus awarding:

-                    for the bonus to get deposited in the gaming account, the player shall activate the bonus in the player's personal area within the period established by the Operator.

-                    a player may get the Tournament bonus for participation in gambling on the Operator's website;

-                    The Operator determines and establishes the frequency, periods, and amounts of bonus at own discretion. Relevant information shall be posted on the Operator's website;

-                    a player is listed in ranking for placing bets and/or getting wins in gambling games during the period established by the Operator on the remote gambling establishment's website. Relevant information shall be posted on the Operator's website;

-                    the amount of bonus is distributed among the players depending on their ranking in accordance with the conditions of the bonus offer;

7.28.    Bet Streak bonus, conditions of awarding:

-                    a player may get the bonus for a bet/bets if such bet/bets is/are placed on the global computer network Internet during the bonus validity period established by the Operator;

-                    the bonus shall be awarded to the player who fulfilled the Operator's conditions:

1)                betted for the amount prescribed by the Operator;

2)                placed such number of bets as determined by the Operator;

3)                made a bet/bets with an odd prescribed by the Operator;

4)                made such type of bets as determined by the Operator;

5)                made winning/lost bets in the amount established by the Operator;

- bonus and/or maximum amount of bonus, as well as its percentage shall be determined by the Operator;

-                     a player who complied with the Bet Streak bonus conditions shall get the bonus in the amount prescribed by the Operator, or the Operator may provide another bonus stipulated in Chapter 7 of the Rules at own discretion.

7.29.    Bonusinho bonus, conditions of awarding:

-                    a player may get the bonus to a bet (bets) on the global computer network Internet within the bonus validity period established by the Operator;

-                    the bonus shall be awarded to the player who fulfilled all of the Operator's conditions:

1)               passed verification on the Operator's website;

2)               activated bonus in the player's personal area;

3)               participated in a gambling game during the period established by the Operator.

-                     the bonus can be accrued by the Operator independently provided that the conditions on verification and participation in gambling are met;

-                     the maximum and minimum Bonusinho bonus amount is determined by the Operator.

7.30.    Bonus for registration, conditions of awarding:

-                    the bonus is provided to players who are registered on the Operator's website for the first time during the specific calendar period;

-                    the calendar period for registration is determined by the Operator;

-                    the maximum and minimum bonus amount is determined by the Operator;

-                    the bonus shall be awarded to the player who fulfilled all of the Operator's conditions:

1)               registered during the predetermined calendar period;

2)               passed verification on the Operator's website;

3)               made a deposit for the amount prescribed by the Operator.

-                    the bonus may not be provided at the same time as the 100% bonus for the first deposit.

8.                Peculiarities of Conducting Online Betting Games for Certain Sports and Gaming Competitions when Accepting Live Bets.

8.1.         Rules for accepting live bets:

8.1.1.General rules for calculating and refunding bets: if the outcome of the event cannot be officially verified;

8.1.2.In the event of discrepancy between the results in different information sources and in the event of technical errors, the Operator shall make the final decision on determining the results for calculating bets;

8.1.3.All players' requests regarding the reliability of the results of sporting events listed on the Operator's website shall be based on official information sources (websites of the regulatory authorities for these championships specified in Annex No. 3). Information from other sources may be the basis for the revision/recalculation of bets only if information is not available on the websites listed in Annex No. 3;

8.1.4.Results shall be deemed valid (actual) if they are announced on the basis of official protocols and other official sources of information immediately after the end of the event. If information is not available on the websites specified in Annex No. 3, the Operator shall use other alternative sources.

8.1.5.In exceptional cases, the Operator shall reserve the right to use video review to establish the true result.

8.1.6.If an event is offered when its outcome has already been known, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund any bet. In this case, the bet shall be refunded.

8.1.7.In case of obvious incorrectly displayed or calculated odds, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets. This includes, but is not limited to, a deviation of more than 100% in payouts from the Market average.

8.1.8.If coverage needs to be dropped (broadcast interrupted) and the match ends normally, all markets will be settled according to the result.

8.1.9.If the outcome of the markets cannot be officially verified, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets.

8.1.10.                    If market settlements are incorrect, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd at any time.

8.1.11.                    If a match does not meet the standard format (for example, non-standard length of the period, scoring procedures, match format, etc.), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets with 1.00 odd placed in any market.

8.1.12.                    If the match rules or format differ from those accepted by the Operator, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd on any market.

8.1.13.                    When a match is not completed or not played (e.g. due to disqualification, interruption, abandonment, score changes, etc.), all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.2.         Football

8.2.1.All markets (with the exception of halftime, first half, overtime and penalty shootouts) count for normal time only.

8.2.2.If a match is abandoned and restarted within 48 hours of its start, all open bets are calculated based on the final result. Otherwise, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.2.3.Standard 90 minutes: the markets are based on the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play, unless otherwise stated. This time includes stoppage time due to injury or stoppages in play, but excludes extra time, penalty shootout time, or golden goal.

8.2.4.Rules for calculating and refunding bets: if the market remains open after events such as goals, red, or yellow/red cards and penalty kicks have already taken place, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.2.5.If the market was open with a missing or incorrect red card, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.2.6.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 5 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.2.7.If an incorrect score is entered, all bets on the markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd for the time the incorrect score is displayed.

8.2.8.If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.2.9.If categories or team names are displayed incorrectly, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.2.10.                    Card betting markets: a yellow card counts as 1 card, and a red or yellow/red one counts as 2 cards. A second yellow card to the same player, which entails a yellow/red card, shall not count. One player can collect no more than 3 cards.

8.2.22.                    All players who participate in the match after it starts or after the previous goal shall be deemed to have participated in the match. If a goal is scored for any reason by a player not on the list, all bets on the players from the list shall stand.

8.2.23.                    All players currently participating in the event are listed. If a goal is scored for any reason by a player not on the list, all bets on the players from the list shall stand.

8.2.24.                    The market shall be settled on television inserts and statistics provided by the Press Association, unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are incorrect.

8.2.25.                    Interval markets: These markets will be settled at the times announced on TV. If this option is not available, the time shall be determined by the match clock.

8.2.26.                    Goal markets shall be settled by the time the ball crosses the line, not when the kick is made.

8.2.27.                    Corner kick interval markets shall be settled by the time a corner kick is taken, not by the time it is conceded or awarded.

8.2.28.                    Card betting interval markets shall be settled by the time the card is shown, not by the time the violation occurs.

8.2.29.                    Offside markets shall be settled by the time the referee makes the decision. This rule shall apply to any situation involving a video assistant referee (VAR).

8.2.30.                    Penalty kick markets shall be settled by the time the referee makes the decision. This rule shall apply to any situation involving a video assistant referee (VAR). Penalty kicks awarded but not taken shall not count.

8.3.         Tennis

8.3.1.If the player refuses to play and if the game is won when the opponent fails to show up for the game, all unsettled bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd. In the event of a delay for any reason (e.g. rain, darkness, etc.), all markets shall remain unsettled and betting shall be resumed as the match continues.

8.3.2.When the referee awards a penalty point(s), all bets on this game shall stand.

8.3.3.If a match ends before specific points/games are awarded, all bets on points/games-related markets shall be refunded at odds of 1.00. 

8.3.4.Rules for calculating and refunding bets: if markets remain open with an incorrect score significantly affecting the odds, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.3.5.If player/team names are displayed incorrectly, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd. When a player refuses to play, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.3.6.When the outcome of a match is based on a tie-break match, this tie-break match shall be deemed the 3rd set. Each tie-break or tie-break match counts as 1 game.

8.4.         Basketball

8.4.1.Markets do not include overtime unless otherwise specified.

8.4.2.Rules for calculating and refunding bets: if a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.4.3.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 2 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.4.4.If markets remain open with an incorrect score significantly affecting the odds, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.4.5.If a match does not end in a draw but overtime is played for qualifying purposes, markets shall be settled based on the result at the end of normal time.

8.5.         American Football

8.5.1.In the event of a delay for any reason (e.g. rain, darkness, etc.), all markets shall remain unsettled and betting shall be resumed as the match continues. Markets do not include overtime unless otherwise specified.

8.5.2.Rules for calculating and refunding bets: if markets remain open with an incorrect score significantly affecting the odds, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd. If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 89 seconds), the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.5.3.If an incorrect score is displayed, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd for a given period of time.

8.5.4.For abandoned or postponed matches, all market bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd, unless the match is restarted on the same weekly NFL schedule (Thursday – Wednesday local stadium time).

8.5.5.In case of incorrect display of teams, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.5.6.Next touchdown scorer (including overtime): all proposed players shall be deemed as participating in play. If no touchdowns, future market bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd.

8.5.7.Players who are not listed shall be treated as “Other Opponent Player” for settlement purposes. Please note that they do not include players listed with no active odd.

8.5.8.For settlement purposes, Defence or Special Team players shall be treated as “Opponent D/S Player 1” or “Opponent D/S Player,” even if the player is listed as a scoring player.

8.5.9.The market will be settled on TV inserts and statistics provided by official associations, unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are incorrect.

8.6.         Ice Hockey

8.6.1.All markets (excluding period, overtime, and penalty shootouts) count for normal time only unless otherwise specified in the market.

8.6.2.If a match is abandoned and restarted within 48 hours of its start, all open bets are calculated based on the final result. Otherwise, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.6.3.When the outcome of the game is decided by a penalty shootout, for settlement purposes, one goal will be added to the score of the winning team and the total of the game. This rule applies to all markets, including overtime and penalty shootouts.

8.6.4.Rules for calculating and refunding bets: if the market remains open after events such as goals and penalties have already taken place, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.6.5.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 2 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.6.6.If an incorrect score is entered, all bets on the markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd for the time the incorrect score is displayed.

8.6.7.If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.6.8.Anytime scorer markets and point scorer markets: all proposed players shall be deemed to be in the play. If an unlisted player scores a goal or scores a point, all bets on listed players shall stand.

8.6.9.For settlement purposes, only goals and assists in normal time shall count. Please note that if the score is 0-0 after normal time, all bets shall be settled as lost ones.

8.6.10.                     All bets on players who are listed but leave the game before the end of the match (e.g. due to injury or suspension) shall stand.

8.6.11.                    The markets will be settled on television inserts and statistics provided by the Press Association, unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are incorrect.

8.7.         Baseball

8.7.1.Possible extra innings shall not count in any markets unless otherwise stated.

8.7.2.The market names do not represent the existing terms used in baseball.

8.18.1.                    All markets exclude super overs unless otherwise stated.

8.18.2.                    Penalty runs shall not count in overs markets and service markets (multiple overs markets are not counted in this rule).

8.18.3.                     Twenty (20): all scheduled overs shall be played for settlement of unsettled markets unless the innings end naturally.

8.18.4.                    ODI: For markets to settle, a minimum of 90% of all innings overs placed shall be played at the time the bet is placed, unless the innings end naturally.

8.18.5.                    Rules for calculating and refunding bets: if the match is cancelled before the start of the game, all market bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd, unless the match is replayed within 48 hours from the original start time.

8.18.6.                    When a match ends in a tie and if, according to the official rules of the competition, no winner is determined, or if, according to the rules of the competition, the winner is determined by a coin or lot, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

8.18.7.                    When an over is not finished, all unsettled market bets on that particular over are subject to refund at 1.00 odd, unless the innings end naturally, such as a call being made, an entire team being kicked out of the game, etc.

8.18.8.                    If markets remain open with an incorrect score significantly affecting the odds, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

8.19.    Squash

8.19.1.                    When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.                Peculiarities of conducting online betting games for certain sports and gaming competitions when accepting pre-match bets:

9.1.         General Rules for Calculating and Refunding Bets

9.1.1.If markets are offered when the outcome is already known, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund any bet at 1.00 odd.

9.1.2.In case of obvious incorrectly displayed or calculated odds, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd. This includes, but is not limited to, a deviation of more than 100% in payouts from the market average.

9.1.3. If coverage needs to be dropped and the match ends normally, all markets shall be settled according to the result.

9.1.4.If the outcome of the markets cannot be officially verified, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.1.5.If market settlements are incorrect, the Operator shall reserve the right to correct them at any time.

9.1.6.If a match does not meet the standard format (for example, non-standard length of the period, scoring procedures, match format, etc.), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets with 1.00 odd placed in any market.

9.1.7.If the match rules or format differ from those accepted by the Operator, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd in any market.

9.1.8.When a match is interrupted and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd. All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.1.9.If a match is abandoned and restarted within 48 hours of its start, all open bets are calculated based on the final result.

9.1.10.                    All refunded bets shall be settled at 1.00 odd. A settled bet is a bet on the known and unchangeable outcome.

9.1.11.                    If categories or team names are displayed incorrectly, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.2.         Football

9.2.1.All markets (with the exception of half time, first half, overtime and penalty shootouts) count for normal time only.

9.2.6.If a match is abandoned and not restarted within 48 hours, the following rules apply: if a match is abandoned in the first half, all settled won bets shall be settled as won and all settled lost bets shall be settled as lost.

9.2.7.All refunded bets shall be settled at 1.00 odd. If a match is abandoned after the first half, during the half-time interval or during the second half, the current result shall be used as the final result for all markets, including corner kick markets, card betting markets, and goalscorer markets.

9.2.8.If a match is rescheduled and not played within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd.

9.2.9.If a friendly match is played 2x40 min instead of 2x45 min, all bets shall stand. For all other formats, with the exception of 2x45 and 2x40 ones, bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd.

9.2.10.                    Card betting markets. A yellow card counts as 1 card, and a red or yellow/red one counts as 2 cards. A second yellow card to the same player, which entails a yellow/red card, shall not count. One player can collect no more than 3 cards.

9.3.5.When a player refuses to play before the start of the tournament, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd (bets to win), but if the match has started and at least one point has been received, after which the player refuses to continue the game, all bets shall be deemed valid.

9.3.6.When the outcome of a match is based on a tie-break match, this tie-break match shall be deemed the 3rd set. Each tie-break or tie-break match counts as 1 game (super tie-break is a one-game set).

9.4.         Basketball

9.4.1.Markets do not include overtime unless otherwise specified. If a match is abandoned or rescheduled and is not restarted within 48 hours of starting, all settled won bets shall be settled as won and all settled lost bets will be settled as lost.

9.4.2.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 2 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.4.3.If a match does not end in a draw but overtime is played for qualifying purposes, markets shall be settled based on the result at the end of normal time.

9.4.4.If the match ends in a draw and no overtime is played, the 3 outcome betting markets and normal time match betting markets (2 outcome betting) shall be refunded at 1.00 odd. If there is overtime, the market shall be settled as positive.

9.5.         American Football

9.5.1.In the event of a delay for any reason (e.g. rain, darkness, etc.), all markets shall remain unsettled and betting shall be resumed as the match continues. Markets do not include overtime unless otherwise specified.

9.5.2.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 89 seconds), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.5.3.In case of incorrect display of teams, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.5.4.For abandoned or postponed matches, all market bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd, unless the match is restarted on the same weekly NFL schedule (Thursday – Wednesday local stadium time).

9.6.         Ice Hockey

9.6.1.All markets (excluding period, overtime, and penalty shootouts) count for normal time only unless otherwise specified in the market.

9.6.2.If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd. All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.6.3.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 2 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.7.         Baseball

9.7.1.Potential extra innings do not count in any markets except for “Who will score the Xth point” and “Which team will win with X points” markets or otherwise. Terms used in baseball: Period – Inning, Overtime – Extra inning, Points – Injuries, Break – 9th half inning result.

9.7.2.All markets shall be set to zero at the final score after 9 innings (eight 1/2 innings if the home team is currently leading).

9.7.3.When a match is abandoned or cancelled and is not resumed on the same day, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.8.         Handball

9.8.1.All markets (except for “Who will score the Xth point” and “Which team will win with X points”) count for normal time only. Markets offered do not refer to overtime unless otherwise stated.

9.8.2.If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.8.3.All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.8.4.If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 3 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.9.         Volleyball

9.9.1.When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd. The Golden Set does not count in any of the listed markets.

9.9.2.If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.9.3.All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.10.    Beach Volleyball

9.10.1.                    When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd. The Golden Set does not count in any of the listed markets.

9.10.2.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.10.3.                    All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.10.4.                     When a team decides not to continue playing, all bets on markets with an undetermined outcome shall be refunded at 1.00 odd.

9.11.    Futsal

9.11.1.                    All markets (with the exception of half time, first half, overtime and penalty shootouts) count for normal time only.

9.11.2.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.11.3.                    All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.11.4.                    If the market was open with a missing or incorrect red card, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.11.5.                    If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 2 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.11.6.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.11.7.                    If categories or team names are displayed incorrectly, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.12.    Badminton

9.12.1.                    When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.12.2.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.12.3.                    All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.12.4.                    In case of incorrect display of players/teams, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.12.5.                    When a team decides not to continue playing, all bets on markets with an undetermined outcome shall be refunded at 1.00 odd.

9.13.    Rugby

9.13.1.                    All markets (with the exception of half time, first half, overtime and penalty shootouts) count for normal time only.

9.13.2.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.13.3.                    All won bets settled will be calculated as won and all lost bets settled will be calculated as lost.

9.13.4.                    If the market remains open after such events as score changing or red cards have already taken place, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.13.5.                    If the market was open with a missing or incorrect red card, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.13.6.                    If the odds are offered with the wrong match time (more than 2 minutes), the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.13.7.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.13.8.                    If categories or team names are displayed incorrectly, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.14.    Darts

9.14.1.                    When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.14.2.                    In case of incorrect display of players/teams, the Operator shall reserve the right to accept and refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.14.3.                    When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd. The “bull's eye” of the target shall be deemed the checkout coloured red.

9.15.    Table Tennis

9.15.1.                    When a match is not completed, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.15.2.                    If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and is not resumed within 48 hours, all unsettled bets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.15.3.                    In case of incorrect display of players/teams, the Operator shall reserve the right to refund bets at 1.00 odd.

9.15.4.                    When a player leaves, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.16.    Cricket T20 and ODI

9.16.1.                    All markets exclude super overs unless otherwise stated.

9.16.2.                    Penalty runs shall not count in overs markets and service markets (multiple overs markets are not counted in this rule).

9.16.3.                    Twenty (20): all scheduled overs shall be played for settlement of settled markets unless the innings end naturally.

9.16.4.                    ODI: For markets to settle, a minimum of 90% of all innings overs placed shall be played at the time the bet is placed, unless the innings end naturally.

9.16.5.                    If the match is cancelled before the start of the game, all market bets shall be refunded at 1.00 odd, unless the match is replayed within 48 hours from the original start time.

9.16.6.                    When a match ends in a tie and if, according to the official rules of the competition, no winner is determined, or if, according to the rules of the competition, the winner is determined by a coin or lot, all bets on unsettled markets are subject to refund at 1.00 odd.

9.16.7.                    When an over is not finished, all unsettled market bets on that particular over are subject to refund at 1.00 odd, unless the innings end naturally, such as a call being made, an entire team being kicked out of the game, etc.

10.          Live Games

10.1.    This section presents games in which a player interacts with a live dealer online (live mode).

10.2.    The Operator's website offers the following types of games – live card games, live dice games, and live cylindrical games (roulette).

10.3.    These gambling games are played using gaming tables located outside the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

10.4.    Information about the games available on the Operator's website, providers of such gambling games, indicating their official website, is contained in Annex No. 1 hereto or inside live games.

10.5.    Information about the features of each of the above games is indicated inside the games on the provider's official website, and the provider's website is indicated inside the games on the website.

10.6.    The goal of live card games is to determine winnings and the amount thereof based on card hands.

10.7.    The goal of live dice games is to determine winnings and the amount thereof based on tolling the dice.

10.8.    The goal of live cylindrical games (roulette) is to get a win by determining combinations of numbers, symbols, and other signs using a rotating device.

10.9.    The procedure for playing live card games, live dice games, live cylindrical games (roulette), the result of the above games, the winnings to be paid (transferred, remitted) to the participant of the above gambling games upon the occurrence of the result of the above gambling games, and the amount of the Operator's remuneration for operating gambling (if any) shall be determined by the provider and is listed in the game menu on the Operator's website and on the provider's official website specified in Annex No. 1 hereto.
